Because each Game Day Snug is custom-made and personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
We want you to absolutely love your Snug, so if there’s a problem with your order, we’ll make it right.

We gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

⭐️ The product received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
⭐️ A refund or replacement request is submitted within 3 weeks of delivery.
⭐️ The customer provides photo proof of the issue.
