Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
Each Game Day Snug is made to order — designed, printed, and sewn just for you. Because of this, our timeline is longer than off-the-shelf products, but every Snug is built specifically for you.
Plan on about 3 weeks total from order to delivery.
- Production time: Orders typically ship within 7 business days.
- Shipping time: Once shipped, please allow 6–9 business days for delivery.
- You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the US can take an additional 7–12 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as holidays, weather, or courier delays.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the U.S. We're working on expanding — sign up for our email list to be the first to know.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress. If you don't receive your tracking information within ten days of placing your order, please feel free to reach out to us at info@gamedaysnugs.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We aim to deliver your order on time, but delays can occasionally occur. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us and we will assist you in tracking down your order.
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll need to charge for reshipping. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
